For starters, the subdivision is far east Pflugerville so travel time might be an issue. Toll 130 is about 5 minutes away & once you’re on there it’s easy to get to where you want to be.

They are about half way through their building phase so there is still a lot of development going on.

Also, the amenities haven’t been built yet (as of 1/9/2020) so there’s no place yet for a pool.

There are several builders @ Carmel so you’ll see a variety of different home elevations & layouts throughout the neighborhood which is a relief from communities with only 1 builder.

They’re still building out Carmel & they have big plans which include a nature trail. Since it is on the fringe of Pflugerville, it’ll might take some time for this area to become established and feel more like home.

While I think Carmel is a great choice, there are also other new homes in Pflugerville being built that might be closer to where the action is.

This floor plan is a very “family friendly” styled home that includes an office, half bath and the master suite on the first floor.

The master suite has 3 large , energy efficient windows that allows a ton of natural light to brighten up the room. Accompanying the master suite is the master bathroom that comes equipped with separate tub & shower,  double vanities and a large walk in closet.

The kitchen, dining and living area is all open which is great for entertaining or family gatherings. There’s also a large island in the kitchen along with a pantry with plenty of shelving and cabinets with plenty of storage.

The over-sized laundry room is next to the garage and has plenty of room for storage.

Upstairs you’ll find a large bonus room that can also be used as a second living room shared by the other 3 bedrooms. There’s also some storage space and a full bathroom .

Carmel is located in east Pflugerville just south of toll 45 and toll 130. It’s located close enough to have access to the city while still retaining that rural feel.

Lake Pflugerville is minutes away with piers & walking trails for fun family activity.

Stone Hill Town Center is about 10 minutes away which allows for easy access to shopping and dining places you know & love. Also, just north of Stone Hill is an HEB Plus for your grocery shopping.

Typhoon Texas Waterpark is about 15 minutes away which is a perfect place to coll off during those HOT Texas summer days.

Your little scholars will be able attending the Pflugerville Independent School District.

The strong public education system in Pflugerville has been recognized for its high Texas Education Agency ratings and low student-teacher ratios.
